| Abstract | This article has been retracted in accordance with the request of the Editor-in-Chief.The article duplicates significant parts of a paper that had already appearedinthe Proceedings of the 2018 19th International Carpathian ControlConference, ICCC 2018, p. 468-473,doi:10.1109/CarpathianCC.2018.8399675.The abovementioned points lead to doubt on all the research results and conclusions drawn in this publication. As a result, the article is considered a representative of unethical acts in scientific publications. The EASR editorial team apologise readers for not detecting this during the submission and review process. Nevertheless, we are improving our review process to preventsuch a situation to take place in the future. |
