| Abstract | This research is intended to explore Thai educational system and current educational policies including analyze data and statistics from local and international organizations to find appropriate human development policies for creative economy. Comparative study method is used to compare educational policies of UK, Finland, The Netherlands, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong as leading countries in creative economy. We find that Thailand still have problems inhumanresource development,especiallycreativityskills. This research provides suggestion for policy implementation for all related sectors in education. |
