| Abstract | This article presents a case of a nasopalatine duct cyst in a 26-year-old Thai male. The patient was referred for proper management of a large radiolucent lesion at the midline of the anterior maxilla. The lesion was totally enucleated under general anesthesia. A nasopalatine duct cyst was confirmed after histologic analysis. |
