| Abstract | The objective in this study was to re-examine my Public Administration paradigm in order to cover the change of the state of the art in this field of study. Documentary research was employed in this study. The findings showed that the revisited Public Administration paradigm had three sub-paradigms as follows: state-based Public Administration, statelessbased Public Administration and the mixture. |
