| Abstract | The purpose of this article is to study the overview of the Evolution of Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) between Thailand and Germany as regards to the commercial and investment relation. It also discussed topics about the brief main point of investment protection provision of Thailand and Germany BIT, the brief main point of settlement of disputes of Thailand and Germany BIT, some problems on how to renegotiate in new BIT of Thailand and Germany, and solutions to the problem of integration under the concept of UNCTAD and model international agreement on investment for sustainable development by IISD. |
