| Abstract | This research had the following objectives: 1. To study the guidelines for developing the performance of support personnel at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. 2. To compare the development approaches of support personnel at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. Population and sample consisted of support personnel. The sample size was calculated using the Krejcie & Morgan formula, totaling 123 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, t-test, standard deviation, F-test. The research results found that 1) The study of the development guidelines for the performance of support personnel at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University is at a high level overall. 2) The comparison of the opinions of support personnel at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University regarding the development guidelines for support personnel at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, which categorized by gender and length of employment in overall, there were significant differences at the statistical level of .05. The study of guidelines for support personnel suggests guidelines for improving work performance, including training to develop skills and knowledge, and improving work processes. For example, allowing employees to fully utilize their abilities, wit, intelligence, methods, and decision-making in solving problems, setting clear goals, prioritizing, and using technology. and self-development such as self-awareness, emotional management, learning from mistakes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in work performance. |
