| Abstract | The objectives of this study are to review the existing process for the development of an interview guide as an essential tool for qualitative in-depth interviews. It presents the concept of an in-depth interview, the concept of an interview guide, the current process of developing an interview guide and the weaknesses of the present process. This identified a new approach to the development of an interview guide and so a new interview guide was created and is presented. Conclusions and recommendations are also presented. |
