| Abstract | This paper proposes a conceptual model of knowledge transfer. This implies that foreign investment firms have to be able to transfer knowledge between organizations that affect performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate influence of absorptive capacity, communication competency, source credibility, technology capability and knowledge transfer on performance, and study the role of organizational culture as a moderating influence. |
