| Description | Turf grasses heavily damaged by root-knot nematodes lead to economic consequences of golf course turfs. In this study, root-knot nematodes were collected from turf grasses of 19 golf holes located in central Thailand and identified as Meloidogyne incognita using perennial pattern and specific primer;MI-F/MI-R. The study of damage of Meloidogyne spp. on various turf varieties illustrated that Zoysia grasses were the most susceptible variety, followed by Bermuda grasses (Tifdwarf) and Bermuda grasses (Tifegle). |
