| Abstract | As the situation of COVID-19 in Thailand continues to unfold, vaccination is still considered the best protectionagainst it. However, people with immunocompromised might not be able to receive the full intended implicationsofthe vaccine, leading to COVID-19 infection and deaths. Evusheld(Tixagevimab and Cilgavimab), the long-acting monoclonal antibodies, was approved in the US and EU for pre-exposure prophylaxis in adults with inadequate immune response from COVID-19 vaccine.
