Abstract This study aims to enhance operational efficiency at Company A's warehouse by introducing barcode technology. The objectives include developing stock database software to streamline inventory management, minimize picking errors, and refine outbound delivery procedures. The study found that implementing the barcode system resulted in a 100% reduction in shipment errors and eliminated approximately 4 steps from the workflow. Additionally, the new system reduced outbound delivery time by an average of 27 minutes per shipment. These findings demonstrate significant improvements in workflow efficiency, cost savings, and manpower optimization for Company A
