| Abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์บนเครื่องบริการเว็บอย่างมั่นคงปลอดภัย 2) ประเมินความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์บนเครื่องบริการเว็บอย่างมั่นคงปลอดภัยและ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์บนเครื่องบริการเว็บอย่างมั่นคงปลอดภัย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยดำเนินงานวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการของระบบ 2) ออกแบบระบบต้นแบบ 3) พัฒนาและทดสอบระบบต้นแบบ 4) ติดตั้งและประเมินประสิทธิภาพระบบต้นแบบ และ 5) สรุปผลงานวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้ คือ บุคคลทั่วไปที่สังกัดหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่เคยใช้งานระบบสารบรรณอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวน 32 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ชุดโปรแกรมที่ใช้สำหรับพัฒนาและออกแบบ ระบบ คือ โปรแกรม XAMPP CodeIgniter PHP Frameworks และ Atom 2) ชุดโปรแกรมที่ใช้สำหรับประเมินความปลอดภัยของระบบ คือ โปรแกรม OWASP ZAP และ 3) แบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานของระบบจากผลการวิจัยพบว่า โปรแกรมประยุกต์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการออกแบบและการวิเคราะห์ระบบ กล่าวคือ ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานั้น หน่วยงานทั่วไปสามารถนำไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้จริง และสามารถพัฒนาต่อยอดตามความต้องการของหน่วยงานนั้น ๆ ได้ โดยโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีความเชื่อมั่นความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับปกติ ส่วนความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานของโปรแกรมประยุกต์ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.52 และมีค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.59 ตามลำดับ || The purposes of this research were to 1) develop an OWASP-based web application for an electronic document system, 2) evaluate the security of an OWASP-based web application for an electronic document system, and 3) assess the satisfaction of an OWASP-based web application for an electronic document system.This research was for research and development. The research procedure was separated into five steps, which were as follows: 1) collect data for problem analysis and system requirements, 2) create a prototype system, 3) develop and test the prototype system, 4) install and evaluate the effectiveness of the prototype system, and 5) provide a summary of research findings. The research sample included 32 individuals from government and private sector organizations who utilized the system. Simple random sampling was used to acquire this research sample. The research tools consisted of 1) software packages for system development and design, such as the XAMPP suite, CodeIgniter PHP Frameworks, and Atom program; 2) software packages for system security evaluation, such as the OWASP ZAP program; and 3) a satisfaction assessment questionnaire.According to the research findings, the proposed web application worked efficiently within the system design and analysis objectives, i.e., generic units could be utilized in practice and could be modified further by the demands of the agency system. Furthermore, the application had a moderate level of security risk, with a normal level of confidence in its safety. The overall user’s satisfaction with the web application was at the highest level, with a mean of 4.52 and a standard deviation of 0.59, respectively. |
