| Abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้งฯ (2) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้งฯ และ (3) เสนอแนวทางการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่ง การเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนสายน้ำผึ้งฯ ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงของการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ เรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นที่สุด 3 ด้าน คือ การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอก การสนับสนุนทางโครงสร้างและปัจจัยแวดล้อม และการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาชีพตามลำดับ และ (3) แนวทางการเสริมสร้างความเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง หน่วยงานภายนอกมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนและส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายกับสถาบันผลิตครูเพื่อร่วมพัฒนาชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรสนับสนุนทรัพยากรที่จำเป็น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรสนับสนุนการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาชีพของครูโดยการส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้ารับการพัฒนาตนเองและมีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กันอย่างต่อเนื่อง || The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of professional learning community enhancement in Sainampeung School; 2) to study the needs for professional learning community enhancement in Sainampeung School; and 3) to propose the guidelines for professional learning community enhancement in Sainampeung School. The research population consisted of 132 teachers in Sainampeung School and the keys research informants consisted of 5 experts. The research instrument were 5-scale rating questionnaire on the current and desirable conditions for professional learning community enhancement, with reliability coefficients of 0.97 and 0.98, and a semi-structured interview form. Quantitative data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority need index; while qualitative data were analyzed with content analysis. The results findings were as follows: (1) the overall current condition for enhancing professional learning community was at the high level and the overall desirable condition for enhancing professional learning community was also at the high level; (2) regarding the needs for professional learning community enhancement, it was found that school needs to enhance professional learning community about supporting from the external agencies, supporting infrastructures and environmental factors, and developing professional leadership, respectively; and (3) the guidelines for professional learning community enhancement were as follows: school administrators should provide opportunities for students, parents, external agencies to participate in school development and enhance network building with teacher production institutes for development of the professional learning community; school administrators should support the necessary resources, facilities and technologies to enhance the efficiency of teaching and professional learning community; and school administrators should support the teacher professional leadership development by encouraging teachers to develop self-development and having a continuous knowledge exchange. |
