| Abstract | งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวที่เน้นกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์เพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัวทางสังคมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนอนุบาลหนองป่าครั่ง ประชากรคือ นักเรียนที่กำลังศึกษาในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนอนุบาลหนองป่าครั่ง จำนวน 62 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนอนุบาลหนองป่าครั่ง จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้การศึกษาประกอบด้วย (1) แบบสอบถามการปรับตัวทางสังคม (2) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวที่เน้นกิจกรรม กลุ่มสัมพันธ์เพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัวทางสังคม มี 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย (ก) ด้านการเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อื่น (ข) ด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพผู้อื่น (ค) ด้านการจัดการความขัดแย้งระหว่างบุคคล (ง) ด้านการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และ (3) ด้านการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) การปรับตัวทางสังคมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนอนุบาลหนองป่าครั่ง ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านคือ ด้านการเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อื่น ด้านการสร้างสัมพันธภาพ ด้านการจัดการความขัดแย้งระหว่างบุคคล ด้านการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และด้านการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) การปรับตัวทางสังคมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 หลังการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาการปรับตัวทางสังคม เพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .01. || The purpose of this research was to study the effects of using a guidanceactivity package emphasizing group activities to develop social adjustment of Mathayom Suksa I students of Anuban Nong Pakrang School in Chiang Mai province. The research population comprised 62 Mathayom Suksa I studentsstudying in the academic year 2019 at Anuban Nong Pa Khrang School in Chiang Mai province. The research sample consisted of 30 Mathayom Suksa I students studying in the academic year 2019 at Anuban Nong Pa Khrang School in Chiang Mai province, obtained by cluster random sampling. The research instruments comprised (1) a questionnaire on social adaptation; and (2) a guidance activities package emphasizing group activities to develop social adjustment which consisted of five aspects: (a) self-understanding and understanding of the others, (b) creation ofrelationship with the others, (c) management of interpersonal conflicts, (d) working with the others, and (e) living together happily. Statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.The results of the study revealed that (1) the overall and specific aspects ofsocial adjustment of Mathayom Suksa I students of Anuban Nong Pa Khrang School were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of social adjustment were the following: self-understanding and understanding of the others, creation of relationship with the others, management of interpersonal conflicts, working with the others, and living together happily; and (2) after participating in guidance activities to develop social adjustment, Mathayom Suksa I students’ level of social adjustment increased significantly at the .01 level of statistical significance. |
