| Abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย 2) วิเคราะห์และจำแนกประเภทความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย 3) ศึกษากระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย และ 4) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทยที่มีการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด จากการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 8 แห่ง โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 14 คน และผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสำรวจข้อมูลเบื้องต้นและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง จำนวน 2 ชุด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาสังเคราะห์เป็นร่างรูปแบบการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทย รับรองร่างรูปแบบโดยการประชุมกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 คน และทดลองนำรูปแบบไปใช้กับมหาวิทยาลัยที่ยังไม่มีการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 1 แห่ง ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1) มหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่ศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีแหล่งจัดการความทรงจำ คือ หอจดหมายเหตุ พิพิธภัณฑ์ และหอประวัติ โดยมหาวิทยาลัยทุกแห่งไม่มีนโยบายโดยตรงเกี่ยวกับการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยที่เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร 2) ประเภทความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ สามารถจำแนกตามขอบเขตของเนื้อหาได้ 5 หมวดหมู่ ได้แก่ ประวัติและพัฒนาการ เหตุการณ์สำคัญ พิธีการ/กิจกรรม/ประเพณีสำคัญ บุคคลสำคัญ และสัญลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย และจำแนกตามรูปลักษณ์ของสื่อบันทึกความทรงจำ ได้ 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ สื่อกระดาษ สื่อโสตทัศน์ สื่อดิจิทัล และวัสดุของจริง 3) กระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ศึกษาทุกแห่งใช้หลักวิชาการจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุและการจัดการวัตถุพิพิธภัณฑ์ ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การจัดหา การจัดเก็บ การดูแลรักษา และการบริการและเผยแพร่สื่อบันทึกความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย 4) รูปแบบการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยไทยที่พัฒนาขึ้น เพื่อเป็นกรอบในการประยุกต์ใช้จัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ การจำแนกประเภทความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย กระบวนการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัย และปัจจัยสำคัญในการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยให้ประสบผลสำเร็จ อันได้แก่ นโยบาย แหล่งและผู้รับผิดชอบ พื้นที่การทำงาน เทคโนโลยี งบประมาณ และความร่วมมือทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย ผลการนำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้พบว่า สามารถประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบในการจัดการความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยได้ และผู้รับบริการมีความพึงพอใจในการบริการและเผยแพร่ความทรงจำของมหาวิทยาลัยอยู่ในระดับมาก || The research aimed to 1) study the state regarding managing the memory of Thai universities; 2) analyze and classify types of the memory of Thai universities; 3) study the managing processes of the memory of Thai universities; and 4) develop a management model applicable for the memory of Thai universities. In this qualitative research, eight Thai universities were purposively selected according to some given criteria regarding managing the memory of Thai universities. Fourteen university administrators and twenty-five staff members were interviewed. Research instruments were a preliminary survey form and two semi-structured in-depth interview forms. The inductive analysis was used to synthesize the draft of the management model. Focus-group discussion by six experts was conducted to approve the model. Then, the management model was implemented at a university which had never managed the memory of the university. The research yielded significant results. 1) Archives, museums and historical halls were the mechanisms in most of the eight Thai universities for managing the memory of their universities; all of these universities had no written policies directly regarding the management of their university’s memory. 2) The types of memories of these universities could be classified into five content-focused categories: the history and development of the university, significant events, important ceremonies/activities/traditions, important persons and symbols of the university, and four media forms-focused categories: paper materials, audio-visual materials, digital materials and real objects. 3) All of the eight Thai universities applied the management principles of both archives and museums to design and implement the managing processes of their university’s memory, including the stages of acquisition, storage, maintenance, and services and dissemination. 4) A management model applicable for the memory of Thai universities was developed comprising three main elements: the classification of the types of university memories, the university memory management process, and the significant factors contributing to the success of the university memory management, including policies, sources and authorities, working space, technology, budget and collaboration both within the university and with other institutions. The implementation of the management model resulted that the model could be applicable for the memory of Thai universities, and the user satisfaction was at a high level. |
