Abstract การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศงานทะเบียนวัดผลและประเมินผล โรงเรียนเทศบาล ๑ (เอ็ง เสียงสามัคคี) เทศบาลนครหาดใหญ จังหวัดสงขลา 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพระบบสารสนเทศ และ 3) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผูใชงานระบบสารสนเทศวิธีดําเนินการวิจัย มี 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นพัฒนาระบบ โดยดำ เนินการตามแนวคิดและหลักการวงจรพัฒนาระบบ 5 ขั้นตอน คือ การสำรวจเบื้องตน การวิเคราะหระบบ การออกแบบระบบ การพัฒนาระบบ และการติดตั้ง และบำรุงรักษาระบบ และ 2) ขั้นศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของระบบ โดยผูเชี่ยวชาญและศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผูใชงาน เครื่องมือการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูลในขั้นนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจตอระบบสารสนเทศผลการวิจัยปรากฏวา 1) ระบบสารสนเทศงานทะเบียนวัดผลและประเมินผลประกอบดวย 2 สวนคือ 1.1) การทำงานของระบบ ประกอบดวย คอมพิวเตอรแมขายระบบเครือขาย คอมพิวเตอรเครื่องคอมพิวเตอรลูกขาย และโปรแกรมภาษา PHP รุน 5.0 ขึ้นไป และ 1.2) การใชงานระบบและผังแสดงทิศทางการไหลของขอมูล โดยผูใชงานสามารถเขาถึงระบบสารสนเทศ ผาน URL คือ http://iseme.ess.ac.th 2) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพโดยผูเชี่ยวชาญในการทำงาน ระบบและการใชงานของระบบ สรุปผลการประเมินไดวาระบบมีประสิทธิภาพอยูในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผูใชงานระบบที่มีตอระบบสารสนเทศทะเบียนวัดผลและประเมินผล โรงเรียนเทศบาล ๑ (เอ็ง เสียงสามัคคี) กลุม ที่ 1 : ผูบริหาร ครู และเจาหนาที่มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด และ กลุมท่ี 2 : นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก || The purposes of this research were (1) to develop an information system for educational measurement, evaluation and records of Tessaban 1 (Eang Sieng Samakkhee) School under Hat Yai City Municipality, Songkhla province; (2) to study efficiency of the developed information system; and (3) to study the users’ satisfaction with the information system.The research operation comprised two stages, namely, (1) the system development stage in which the researcher adopted the system development life cycle (SDLC) concept and principles consisting of the following five steps: the preliminary survey, the system analysis, the system design, the system development, and the system installation and maintenance; and (2) the study of efficiency of the developed system by experts and the study of users’ satisfaction with the information system. The employed data collecting instruments in this stage were a questionnaire for efficiency assessment of the system, and a questionnaire on satisfaction with the information system.Research results were as follows: (1) the developed information system comprised two parts: (1.1) the operation of the system which consisted of the mainframe computer for the computer network system and the member computers in the system, and the use of PHP language program version 5.0 or over; and (1.2) the user access into the system in which the user could access the information system via URL: http://iseme.ess.ac.th.; (2) results of system evaluation by experts could be concluded that efficiency of the developed system was at the highest level; and (3) evaluation results on the satisfaction of users with the developed information system for educational measurement, evaluation and records of Tessaban 1 (Eang Sieng Samakkhee) School indicated that the satisfaction with the system of Group 1 users which comprised the administrators, teachers and personnel was at the highest level; while the satisfaction with the system of Group 2 users which comprised students was at the high level
