| Abstract | Certain properties of polynomials with nonnegative real coefficients are proved generalizing those of Roitman and Rubinstein in 1992. The results include finding the smallest positive real number r such that the polynomial (x-r)f(x) has a positive leading coefficient and other coefficients being nonnegative when f(x) is a given real polynomial. |
