Abstract To 1) assess the needs of the teachers in supporting and developing learning of exceptional children in inclusion schools 2) compare the needs of the teacher for supporting and developing learning of exceptional children in inclusion schools. This research used a survey method to collect the data to assess the needs. The samples were teachers from the ministry of inclusion school belonging to the office of the basic education commission (OBEC) in the Ministry of Education. Data analysis of the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Modified Priority Needs Index formula (PNImodified) was needs to set the order of according to importance needs. The finding results were as follows : 1.The Assessment of the needs for supporting and developing learning of exceptional children used the Modified Priority Needs Index formula (PNImodified) was needs to set the order of according to importance needs. The most important need seen as an urgent was issue coordination between teacher, psychologist, and expert doctor. 2. The study conducted compare the needs assessment of the teachers for supporting and developing learning of exceptional children in inclusion schools considering two different variables; teacher with either a bachelor’s degree or with a master’s degree and teachers according to their different experiences. The result showed a significant in statistics of .05. The difference made apparent that teacher with a bachelor’s degree has a greater needs. 3. The result of there way analysis of variance it is apparent that are three variables ; age, sex and the type of teacher. All of three variable have a noticeable effect on the needs assessment of the teachers.
