| Abstract | Objectives: To study the level of motivation at work. To study the level of organizational commitment. Methods: This was a quantitative research project using employees' information at Faculty of Medicine, Vajira Hospital and measured motivation and level of organization commitment with questionnaires between June 2018 and July 2018 Results: The sample used totaled 250 participants: 74 males and 176 females, with an average age range of 21- 30 years, bachelor's degree. The opinions expressed about the level of motivation in the overall performance represented a high level of satisfaction. The overall engagement level was also at a high level. A comparison of organizational commitment of employees classified by personal factors showed that male and female employees were different factors but their age, education level, income, duration of work and work group were no different factors. Analysis of the results of the relationship between work motivation and employee engagement at levels all showed a positive correlation with organizational commitment. Conclusions: The research findings were as follows: 1. Staff motivation was at a high level. 2. Staff organizational commitment was at a high level. |
