| Abstract | Objective: To develop an information system for student health and to evaluate users' satisfaction toward the information system for student health at a health service center in Bangkok Metropolis. Methods: Study problems and survey about demand on the development of information system for student health. Collecting data about the system and analyze current system to study about scope of information and design the system with UML (it is a process that uses pictures or symbols to create a prototype before developing the real system) based on the analysis to suit the system and users. Developing the information system for student health in the form of web application and conducting a survey of users' satisfaction with developed information system for student health Results: There were 46 system testers. All were female aged 3140 with working experiences between 10 and 15 years. The users' satisfaction of information system for student health at a health center in Bangkok were as following 1) satisfaction of program and system was very high with average score (X) of 4.03 with standard deviation (SD) of 0.51 2) Satisfaction of user interface design was high (X ? SD = 4.20 ? 0.43) 3) Satisfaction of system security was very high (X ? SD = 4.06 ? 0.48) (4) Satisfaction of actual implementation of the system was high (X ? SD = 3.99 ? 0.50) Conclusion: Information system for student health was developed and employed at a health center in Bangkok. The satisfaction evaluation of system usage revealed high satisfaction in using the system. According to the results which allowed this system to store data and process correctly could save time in searching for student health information and reduce data loss problem. |
