| Abstract | Currently, the identification of orchid species based on morphology is difficult, high error and the specialist is needed. Therefore, this research used SCoT markers to analysis of genetic relationship 14 species of the genus Dendrobium section Callista. The total of 80 primers were used to screening. Then 12 primers were selected and used to identify species of Dendrobium section Callista. A dendrogram based on polymorphic bands was used to analyze the relationship among these orchids and classify them into 8clusters with the similarity coefficients ranging from 0.14 to 0.63 |
