| Abstract | We study effect of Ribosomal protein L10a to expression of SOP and TCTP genes. The both genes had highest expression in the early stage of shrimp ovarian development. The recombinant His-RPL10a protein was expressed in E. coli BL21.The His-RPL10a protein was purify by Ni-NTA column. The undeveloped ovaries were incubated with the recombinant His-RPL10a at 1, 5 and 10 micromolar. The result show that 1 micromolar of His-RPL10a can stimulate the expression of SOP and TCTP genes. While 5 and 10 micromolar of the His-RPL10a cannot effect to the expression of both genes. This study indicated that the dose of RPL10a is important to the development of shrimp ovary. |
