| Abstract | the objecttive of this article were first, to adopt the Service Quality Gap model to diagnose quality problems in the area of expectation perception for professional pharmacist service.Second ,to describe how the PHARM-SERVQUAL survey instrument is use to measure quality gap (Gap5) in professional pharmacist service. Third,to suggest area in the which improvements can be made to the service quality blueprints of professional pharmacist service with PHARM-SERVQUAL. |
