| Abstract | Central to understanding the practice and use of law in ASEAN member Countries is discovering the different between law obedience among the ten countries. This research looks at criminal and justice factors which affect people in the ASEAN Region in order to resolve the main issues concerning people's lives. The aim was to learn more aboutthe criminal justice system focusing on specific topics suchas drugs, fraud, human trafficking, illegal migration and soforth. The aim of this research is to help Thailand, signatoryto the agreement of ASEAN, to be successfully integrated intoone community by 2015. With this in mind the research teamarranged an international meeting among the ten membercountries which was separated into two working groups inorder to provide a formal documentary system, important dataand appropriate answers from the ASEAN member countries. A survey was taken to establish theregard of law enforcement in these allten countries. The research teamreceived all of the results they hadexpected. The research team met withdelegates from all ASEAN membercountries and completed its goalsthrough discussion, asking questions,and presentation by delegates, in orderto elicit information about the criminaljustice system. The research teamwas delighted that the research wascompleted successfully with acceptableresults through the cooperation of theASEAN community. |
