| Abstract | This academic article aims to analyze knowledge about Entrepreneurial Leadership Characteristics through a systematic literature review from three databases: TCI, SCOPUS, and ERIC, covering publications from 2016 to 2025. The study employed descriptive statistics and content analysis for data interpretation. It serves as a framework for analysis.Findings are as follows: the search identified 261 research papers, with 12 studies meeting the selection criteria. The synthesis revealed 17 entrepreneurial leadership characteristics categorized into three dimensions: Vision and Mindset dimension including vision, opportunity interpretation, entrepreneurial mindset, passion, determination, and creativity; Innovation and Action dimension comprising innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking, achievement orientation, and problem-solving; and Adaptability and Decision-making dimension consisting of adaptability, autonomy and decisiveness, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, integrity, and team building. However, findings indicate a lack of definitive conclusions regarding these characteristics in small enterprise contexts or specifically in Thailand. The characteristics identified provide a foundation for further research to develop appropriate entrepreneurial leadership models across various contexts, particularly for Thai entrepreneurs. This research contributes to the theoretical understanding of entrepreneurial leadership and offers practical implications for leadership development in community businesses. |
