บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์สำหรับการคำนวณค่าสอนพิเศษบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ภาควิชา และอาจารย์ของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย เว็บไซต์สำหรับการคำนวณค่าสอนพิเศษ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อการใช้เว็บไซต์การคำนวณค่าสอนพิเศษ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ คือ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อการใช้เว็บไซต์สำหรับการคำนวณค่าสอนพิเศษบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม ด้านความง่ายต่อการใช้งานโปรแกรม ผู้ใช้โปรแกรมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 4.21, SD. = 0.60) ด้านการทำงานได้ตามฟังก์ชันงานของโปรแกรม ผู้ใช้โปรแกรมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 4.10, SD. = 0.56) ด้านการตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้โปรแกรม ผู้ใช้โปรแกรมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 4.06, SD. = 0.65) และด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลในระบบ ผู้ใช้โปรแกรมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ( = 3.98, SD. = 0.47) สรุปผลจากการประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้เว็บไซต์ในทุกด้าน ผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

Abstract

This research is aimed to development of tuition payment program and to evaluate user's satisfaction on the tuition payment program. The sampling group was 30 officers and lecturers who worked in College of Industrial Technology. The research instruments were tuition payment program and satisfaction questionnaireof user on the website for the tuition payment. The statistics that used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation. The result of this research showed that assessment of user's satisfaction on the website for the tuition payment base on the Internet case study of College of Industrial Technology, the users have highest satisfied ( = 4.21, SD. = 0.60) on the usability test. The users have highest satisfied ( = 4.10, SD. = 0.56) on the functional test. The users have highest satisfied ( = 4.06, SD. = 0.65) on the functional requirement test. The users have highest satisfied ( = 3.98, SD. = 0.47) on the security test. The conclusion of evaluate user's satisfaction on the website for the tuition payment all the environments, the users have highest satisfied.
