| Abstract | บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาออนไลน์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ โดยศึกษาจากหลักการและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากปัญหาและความต้องการของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและนักศึกษา โดยการพัฒนาเป็น Web Application การวิเคราะห์ระบบและออกแบบระบบใช้แบบวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC) โดยใช้ Apache เป็น Web Server และภาษา PHP ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม เชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาออนไลน์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ที่ผู้วิจัยและคณะได้พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพด้านการทำงานของระบบเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.38 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.15) และในด้านลักษณะการออกแบบระบบมีประสิทธิภาพเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.44 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.10) เช่นกัน ดังนั้น ระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาออนไลน์ จึงสามารถใช้เป็นช่องทางในการติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและนักศึกษาได้เป็นอย่างดี คำสำคัญ : ระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาออนไลน์ AbstractThe purpose of this research were to develop the advisor online system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University based on the principles and theories about responsibilities of an advisor. Data were collected from problems and needs of advisors and students. The system performed as a Web Application. The analysis and design were carried out with SDLC. Apache and PHP were tools for program development linked to the database with MySQL. The result of the advisor online system was found that the average system performance was at a good level (4.38 on average and the standard deviation was 0.15). The average of system design was at a good level (4.44 on average and the standard deviation was 0.10) Therefore, the advisor online system could be acceptably used as a channel of communication between advisors and students.
