ปัจจุบันวารสารวิชาการอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ออนไลน์นับเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการ การวิจัยนี้
มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์ระบบจัดการวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ออนไลน์วารสารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลาและประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ การพัฒนาระบบใช้ขั้นตอนวงจรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle: SDLC) ประกอบด้วยการกำหนดความต้องการ การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้การวิเคราะห์ การออกแบบ การพัฒนา การติดตั้งใช้งานและการประเมินผล ใช้เทคโนโลยีFAME เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย ระบบปฏิบัติการฟรีบีเอสดี (FreeBSD: F)สำหรับจัดการเครื่องแม่ข่ายบริหารจัดการเว็บไซต์ด้วยซอฟต์แวร์อาปาเช่(Apache: A) จัดการฐานข้อมูลใช้ซอฟต์แวร์มายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL: M) และพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ด้วยภาษาพีเอชพี (PHP: P) ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสามารถในการบริหารสมาชิก ส่งบทความต้นฉบับ ประเมินคุณภาพบทความ อนุมัติบทความตีพิมพ์ จัดเล่มวารสารเผยแพร่วารสารออนไลน์รายงานสถิติบทความ รวมทั้งจัดการข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยเผยแพร่ระบบไว้ที่เว็บไซต์URLhttp:// www.yru.ac.th/e-journal ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณภาพของระบบซึ่งประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี การประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้ระบบโดยผู้ใช้ที่เกี่ยวข้องพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถจัดการวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ออนไลน์ วารสารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพวารสารเผยแพร่มากว่า 7 ปี มีต้นฉบับบทความที่ส่งผ่านระบบจำนวน 176 บทความ มีวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ออนไลน์เผยแพร่ จำนวน 14 ฉบับ รวมทั้งหมด 109 บทความมีผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกวารสาร จำนวนกว่า 400 ราย และมีผู้เข้าใช้เว็บไซต์มากกว่า 106,700 ครั้ง

Abstract

Now a day electronic journal (e-Journal) online is an important tool in the dissemination of academic research. This research purpose were to develop the electronic journalonline management systems for Journal of YalaRajabhat University; to evaluate software quality and satisfaction of users. Developed using the software development life cycle (SDLC) stages including requirement specific,feasibility study, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation by using FAME technologiesas a tool to develop software. FreeBSD (F) wasanetwork operating system;Apache (A) was a web service management; MySQL (M) was a database management system and using software language development with PHP (P) script. The developed system were capable ofmanagement members, submit a manuscript,evaluated articles, published articles and journals, report a related statistics and including managed a news or messages from website. The system was publishedat the websiteURL http:// www.yru.ac.th / e-journal. The results showed that quality of the evaluation by experts, the quality was good. Assess their satisfaction with the system by the users found that the high level of satisfaction. The developed system to manage electronic journals online for Journal ofYalaRajabhat University was effectively. There were currently over 176 original articles submitted by online electronic journal; articles were published in 7volumes14 issues of the total 109 articles and a subscriber of more than 400 persons and more than 106,700 times a user to access this website.
