บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ธุรกิจการค้าปลีกและบทบาทนโยบายภาครัฐในการกำกับควบคุมและแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาธุรกิจการค้าปลีกที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากทุนข้ามชาติพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ในด้านระบบเศรษฐกิจทุนนิยมโครงสร้างธุรกิจการค้าปลีก การปฏิวัติการค้าปลีก และผลกระทบต่อตลาดการค้าโลก การเปลี่ยนแปลงการค้าปลีก การแข่งขันธุรกิจ การค้าปลีก และพฤติกรรมการแข่งขันของห้างดิสเคาน์สโตร์ กับบทบาทนโยบายภาครัฐในด้านนโยบายการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ บทบาทของภาครัฐในการควบคุมธุรกิจต่างชาติ บทบาทของเงินทุนในการสร้างอำนาจการผูกขาดในทางธุรกิจ บทบาทของกระทรวงพาณิชย์ และมาตรการทางกฎหมายในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมทางการค้าของผู้ค้าปลีกรายใหญ่ แนวทางการนำกฎหมายในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมทางการค้าของผู้ค้าปลีกรายใหญ่ และแนวทางการนำกฎหมายต่างประเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพนักงานของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจร้านค้าปลีก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยธุรกิจการค้าปลีกกับบทบาทนโยบายภาครัฐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พนักงานของผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจร้านค้าปลีกในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติเชิงพรรณนา โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย เชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย (Simple Linear Regression)

Abstract

This research purpose were : (1) to study retail business and roles of public policy in supervision and solving business problems which was influenced by multinational capital in Phetchabun area, the relations of the capitalism in retail business structure, retail revolution, world trade impacts, retail business changes, competitive retail sector, and competitive behaviors of discount stores with the roles of public policy in development of the country economics, the roles of government in controlling overseas business, capital roles to cause the monopoly system, roles of ministry of commerce and law measures to control large retails behaviors, the ways to implement the laws for controlling the large discount stores and ways to implement the international laws; (2) to compare staffs' opinion in retails business; and (3) to study the relations between retails factors and public policy. The samples were 400 staffs who worked in retail business sector in Phetchabun province. The research instrument was the questionnaire and the data was analyzed by using statistics program for percentage, mean, standard deviation, One way ANOVA Analysis and Simple Linear Regression.
