บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และของนักศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ ในประเทศ และต่างประเทศ และ พัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 80 คน อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 30 คน และผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์สภาพและปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษา แบบวิเคราะห์สภาพและปัญหาการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษา และแบบประเมินรูปแบบการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. คณะต่าง ๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ จะมีหน่วยฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ โดยทำหน้าที่จัดหาสถานที่ฝึก ปฐมนิเทศก่อนฝึก จัดการนิเทศ และสัมมนาหลังฝึก สำหรับปัญหาที่พบ ได้แก่ แหล่งฝึกงานอยู่ไกล ไม่เพียงพอและการไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากสถานประกอบการนักศึกษาไม่มีความรู้และทักษะในการทำงาน การนิเทศไม่ต่อเนื่อง

2. การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของมหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทย มีหลายรูปแบบ ขึ้นอยู่กับ ลักษณะของวิชาชีพของแต่ละสาขา ได้แก่ รูปแบบการเรียนสลับการทำงานสหกิจศึกษา การฝึกหลังเรียนทฤษฏีครบแล้ว สำหรับปัญหาที่พบ ได้แก่ ไม่มีค่าตอบแทนในขณะฝึก นักศึกษาขาดทักษะในการทำงาน และมีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม รวมทั้งไม่สามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรได้

ส่วนการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพของมหาวิทยาลัยต่างประเทศ พบว่า มีการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยมีหน่วยงานประสานงาน เตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาก่อนฝึก มีการประเมินอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมีการสัมมนาหลังฝึก สำหรับปัญหา ได้แก่ นักศึกษาไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎ ระเบียบของสถานประกอบการ ทำงานได้ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ นักศึกษาไม่พัฒนาตนเอง และปัญหาทางด้านภาษาเมื่อไปฝึกงานที่ไม่ใช่ประเทศของตนเอง

3. จากการสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ พบว่า มี 2 รูปแบบ คือ แบบสหกิจศึกษาและ แบบทั่วไป ซึ่งจะเป็นรูปแบบที่มีความสอดคล้อง ความต่อเนื่องและสามารถนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติได้

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the state and problem in professional experience program of students at Petchabun Rajabhat University, Thai Universities and Oversea Universities. 2) evaluate vocational experience training model at Petchabun Rajabhat University. The sample consisted of 80 students and 30 instructors in Petchabun Rajabhat University and 20 employers in Petchabun Province. The instruments used for this research were interview and evaluate form on status and problem in vocational experience training of student and the evaluate form on vocational experience training of student at Petchabun Rajabhat University. The statistic used for analyze data were mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results were as follows :

1. The faculty of Petchabun Rajabhat University set the field experience unit for providing places of practice, orientation before practice, supervision practices and seminar after practice. On the aspect of problem found that the place of practice was far away and not sufficient, the establishment was not cooperate with the conduction, the students lacked of knowledge and skill on working and the supervisors supervised discontinuing.

2. There was many pattern of professional experience training in Thailand. There was rely on field characteristic. These patterns were sandwich course, cooperative education, post-course internship and practicum. The problems were the payment during internship. Moreover, students lacked of working skill, inappropriate behaviors and didn't adjust along with organizational culture.

In abroad university found that there was the systematic field experience training such as: there was a cooperative office which prepared and trained student before practice, evaluate continually and conducted a seminar after internship. There was some problems such as: students did not follow the agreement of establishment, they worked inefficiently. They didn't improve theirs potential and couldn't communicate when went abroad.

3. By the content analysis from field experience patterns of Petchabun Rajabhat University found that there was 2 patterns : cooperative education and formal practice. There were harmonious , continuity pattern and could applied for real activity very well.
