บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์จำแนกตามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 127 คน กำหนดขนาดโดยการใช้ตาราง Krejcie & Morgan โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .9072 ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมของบริษัทและปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ เป็นผู้แจกและเก็บแบบสอบถามและเมื่อถึงกำหนดเวลา นำแบบสอบถามส่งให้ผู้วิจัย จำนวน 127 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละร้อย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา หาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน คือ แจกแจงความถี่ และคำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(S.D.) การเปรียบเทียบโดยใช้สถิติ t-test, F-test และทำการเปรียบเทียบภายหลังโดยใช้ Scheffe' test รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะจากแบบสอบถามแบบปลายเปิด (Open-Ended) นำเสนอในรูปของความเรียงเกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอแนะ

ผลการวิจัย

1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย จำนวน 92 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.4 มีอายุ 36 -40 ปี จำนวน 46 คนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.2 มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาจำนวน 67 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.8 เลี้ยงไก่เนื้อจำนวน 10,001 - 20,000 ตัว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.1 มีรายได้จากการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อ

จำนวน 100,000 - 400,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.4 เลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้ามาแล้วเป็นระยะเวลา 7 ปี ขึ้นไป คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.4

2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าต่อการให้บริการของสำนัก งานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ภาพรวมในทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำแนกตามข้อมูลพื้นฐาน พบว่า ภาพรวมความ พึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มี เพศ อายุ ขนาดฟาร์ม แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อให้บริการของสำนักงานปศุสัตว์จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ผู้ประกอบการเลี้ยงไก่เนื้อเป็นการค้าที่มีระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และระยะเวลาการเลี้ยง แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการแตกต่างกันอย่างนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study and compare the satisfaction of the commercial broiler chicken to the services of Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office by fundamental data. The samples were 127 of commercial broiler chicken at Phetchabun by using Krejcie & Morgan Table by using stratified sampling. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire of the satisfaction of the commercial broiler of chicken to the services of Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office which was equal to 0.9072 of reliability. The data was collected by the promoting officers of the company and the Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office. The officers distributed and collected questionnaire and send the questionnaire to the researcher. The data were then analyzed by descriptive statistics to determine the statistical frequency, and calculate the percentage, mean, standard deviation. The comparisons was made by using t-test, F-test to compare later with Scheffe 'test. Suggestions were collected with open-ended questionnaires.

The results were as the following:

1. The majority of samples were males of 92 % which aged 36 to 40 years were 46 people which 36.2 %, a primary school level of education with 67 people which 52.8 %, broiler chicken of 10,001 -. 20,000 which 55.1 %, income from broiler chicken of 100,000 to 400,000 baht or 65.4 %. The commercial broiler of chicken was in this career for more 7 years by 61.4 %.

2. The overall satisfaction of the commercial broiler of chicken to the services of Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office was at a high level.

3. The comparison of the satisfaction of the commercial broiler chicken to the services of Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office by fundamental data showed that the overall satisfaction of the commercial broiler chicken to the services of Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office in sex, age, and different size of farm and the satisfaction to Phetchabun Provincial Livestock Office was not different. The commercial broilers of chicken with different the level of education, income, and period of broilers chicken was significantly different in the satisfaction of serving significant at the .05 level.
