| Abstract | The writing is grounded on an observation and experience during the enrollment in the 4 Months-Cooperative Education course with MAP Foundation and shed light to it by the academico-theoretical interpretation of the author. To unearth a solution of how to multi-culturally work together without any assimilation or subsumption of identities to each other which set the focal point at the 'language' (multi-lingual) from Chantal Mouffe's philosophical concept called "Agonistic Politics". It turns out that Mouffe's philosophy could strongly contribute to this research more systematically and progressively. And from the observation, things unveiled and showed that this organization has an organizational culture that denied to declare the use of an official language which allowed the employees and workers to speak by their own languages without an overlapping of languages. Lastly, a cooperative working among multicultural milieu, especially the linguistic-multiculturalism, is possible by the Mouffe's agonism, without assimilating each other's identities even a temporary phase. However, the finding still has its limitation from MAP Foundations as a unit of analysis due to a small-sized organization where it has quite a small-scaled administration system, the reason might be an obstacle in applying the finding to a bigger organization. |
