| Abstract | This research aims to 1. To study the general condition of the Sangha administration for the stability of Buddhism in Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. Nakhon Nayok Province 2. To study the results of comparing the opinions of monks towards the administration of monastic affairs for the stability of Buddhism in Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. Nakhon Nayok Province 3. To present guidelines for managing the affairs of the Sangha for the stability of Buddhism in Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. Nakhon Nayok Province The research method is a combined method. During the quantitative research, a questionnaire was used. The confidence value was 0.896 from the sample group including There were 227 monks in Mueang District. Data were analyzed using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. and qualitative research Interviews with 10 key informants or people were analyzed descriptively.The results of the research found that: 1. Sangha business administration for stability in Buddhism in Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. Nakhon Nayok Province Overall and each aspect was at a high level (x ̅=4.07, S.D.=0.42) 2. The results of the research hypothesis test found that monks with age, years of age, and religious education qualifications and general education qualifications are different and have different opinions Therefore, the hypothesis was rejected. 3. Guidelines for managing the affairs of the Sangha for the stability of Buddhism in Mueang Nakhon Nayok District.
