Abstract The objectives of this research are 1. To study the development of school personnel in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Bangkok Thonburi Educational Academic Network 2. To compare the development of school personnel in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Bangkok Thonburi Educational Academic Network According to teachers' assessments, classified by age and teaching experience, the population includes school personnel in secondary education areas. Bangkok Thonburi Educational Academic Network Sample size was determined according to Krejci and Morgan's table. by simple random method, The sample used in this research was school personnel in the secondary education area. Bangkok Thonburi Educational Academic Network, 103 people. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and t-testThe results of the research found that (1) the development of school personnel in secondary education areas Bangkok Thonburi Educational Academic Network The overall level is at a high level and (2) the results of comparing the personnel development of schools in the secondary education area.
