Abstract The objectives of this research are 1) to study the management of online teaching and learning formats, 2) to study factors that influence the management of online teaching and learning formats, and 3) to study management guidelines Online teaching format to enhance reading and writing skills during the Covid-19 situation in the Jungsakon Nakhon area It is a combined research method consisting of quantitative research and qualitative research A sample group of people, parents of students from Grade 1 - Grade 6, numbering 400 people and the target group providing information in interviews, numbering 10 people. The research tools are questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed by calculating frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation multiple regression analysis and descriptive data analysis.The results of the research found that: 1) the management of the online teaching format was at a moderate level. They can be arranged in descending order as follows: Organizing basic activities is the first priority Followed by arranging reading groups and arranging teams to learn together. 2) Factors in peer evaluation (X4) and independent training (X3) influence the management of learning management formats. Online teaching is statistically significant at the 0.05 level and 3) there is a need for planning in organizing teams to learn together in teaching and learning. The members have different abilities and have clear goals by allowing each person in the group to participate in learning and exchanging opinions with each other. And there must be a clear plan for organizing the teaching and learning of reading groups.
