| Abstract | A study of people's participation in the preparation of local development plans of Don Krabueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Ban Pong District Ratchaburi Province is Quanlitative research. The purpose of this research are to study to compare and to collect problems, suggestions, guidelines for participation in the preparation of the local development plan of Don Krabueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Ban Pong District Ratchaburi Province. The population used in the research was a representative located in the area of Don Krabueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Ban Pong District Ratchaburi. The sample group was calculated by Taro Yamane's method. There were 316 samples. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean standard deviation (S.D.), t-test independent and one-way varience test (F-test/One-Way ANOVA) method.The results showed that: 1. The study of people's participation in the preparation of local development plans of Don Krabueang Subdistrict Administrative Organization Ban Pong District Ratchaburi Province in all 4 aspects was at a high level overall. When sorted by average from highest to lowest, the result showed as follows : participation in operation, participation in receiving benefits, participation in decision-making and participation in evaluation 2. The research hypothesis found that people with gender, age, education level And participation in work was not different in all 4 aspects due to participation in the work.
