Abstract According to the information from a company case study in carbonate soft drink manufacturing, it was found that CO2 has the major loss 52.07% of loss material, approximate 250,000-400,000 baht per month. The CO2 loss problem was affected in operation costs. The objective of this research is to increase 10 percent yield of CO2 efficiency. Design of Experiment (DOE) is used to study influent parameters of CO2 loss and to find the optimal solution by using response surface technique. The results from statistical analysis have indicated that the water inlet temperature at 3?C and speed cycle of filler machine at 1,300 pieces per minute. The result of this research can be increased 48.35 percent yield of CO2 efficiency. In comparison with the same product level this improvement can reduce the loss of CO2 approximate 390,508 baht per month.
