| Abstract | ThepurposesofthisresearchweretostudytheinfluenceofCSRonBuyingDecisionProcesswithBrandEquityasthemediatorinThaicorporate.Thequestionnairesurveywasusedtocollectthedataof480samplesfromThaicustomersofPTTPublicCompanyLimitedandKASIKORNBANKPublicCompanyLimited.Thedatawassurveyedbynon-probabilitysamplingtoobtainthequalifications.TheresultsshowedthatCorporateSocialResponsibility,BrandEquityandBuyingDecisionProcesstotalhighprioritylevels.TheconcordanceoffitindicesandstructuralequationmodelwereinacceptablelevelsconsideredbyCMIN/DF=2.260,GFI=0.938andRMSEA=0.051;ConsistentwiththeCSRinfluenceonPurchase,ProblemandInformationinthisorderwithBrandEquity. |
