Abstract The objective of this research was to study service marketing mix affecting to travel routeselection in Thonburi waterfront district of a traveler with physical disabilities. This researchis a mixed research. For the tools used for data collection in this research are a questionnaireand an interview. A questionnaire was used for 400 tourists with a traveler with physicaldisabilities and an In-depth interview with six expertise which is 1) Community leaders andmembers of the Kudichin community 2) A marketer 3) Representatives of members of theAssociation of Persons with Physical Disability International 4) Representatives for travel agenciesfor Traveler with Physical Disabilities. The results of the research founded Service marketingmix in the aspect of product, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence havean affecting to travel route selection in Thonburi waterfront district of a traveler with physicaldisabilities significance level at 0.05.
