| Abstract | ThebankingindustryinThailandisdigitalising,soITprojectstheremustbefastandhighlyeffectivegiventheircontinuousincrease.ThisresearchstudiestheinfluenceoftheKnowledgeTransferModelonThaibanks'IToutsourcingperformancebydistributingquestionnairestothesample,consistingofIToutsourcingstaffatthetopsevenThaibanks.ThedatafromthequestionnaireswasthensubjectedtostatisticalanalysiswiththeStructuralEquationModel.TheresultsshowthatbothITstaffcompetencyandITconsultantcompetencyhaveapositiveeffectonIToutsourcingperformance.However,ITconsultantcompetencyhasalargereffect.Inaddition,ITstaffcompetencyandITconsultantcompetencyalsocontributetoknowledgetransferwithintheproject,whichcreatessharedknowledgebetweenthem.Finally,thissharedknowledgehasanimpactonIToutsourcingperformance. |
