| Abstract | The main purpose of this research was to create a development model of educational measurement and evaluation competency by using knowledge management process for small school teachers. This paper was conducted by applying research methodology and development process divided into 3 steps as follows: Step 1 - Investigate fundamental data and select samples of this study consisting of 319 teachers working at small schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area in 2010. Step 2 - Generate and inspect the model by holding a connoisseurship. And Step 3 - Examine the model's implementation results from the samples of administrators and teachers of 3 small schools. The results were presented as below. 1. The teachers at the small schools required the competency promotion of educational measurement and evaluation. However, the desired competency and actual competency was different with a .05 level of statistical significance. The development process of competency, knowledge, and skill was highly successful. The samples' opinions towards supporting elements of successful competency process were also at a high level. 2. The development model of educational measurement and evaluation competency by using knowledge management process for small school teachers consisted of 3 parts as follows: Part 1 - Introduction, objectives, and theories about the model. Part 2 - Details of system and competency development process. And Part 3 - Resolutions towards model implementation. According to the expert inspection, it was found that the improved model was accurate and suitable to real practice at the highest level. 3. The teachers at small schools had knowledge, competency, skill, and attitude towards educational measurement and evaluation at a high level. |
