| Abstract | The purposes of this research were to: (1) investigate the level of change management of school administrators in the digital era, (2) examine factors affecting change management, and (3) propose guidelines for developing effective change management among school administrators. This study employed a quantitative research design. The population consisted of school administrators and teachers under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. A sample of 320 respondents was selected using multi-stage sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on change management in the digital era, with a reliability coefficient of 0.93. Data were collected through online and on-site questionnaires. Statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.The findings revealed that overall change management of school administrators was at a high level. Among the dimensions, digital leadership ranked highest, followed by the use of technology in management and personnel development. Visionary leadership and digital skills significantly predicted effective change management at the .05 level. The findings provide practical implications for enhancing school administrators’ competencies in response to digital transformation. |
