Abstract One of the main purposes of 21st century learning is to enhance 21st century learning skills of learners to become sufficient digital citizens corresponding for the future labor market. This academic article provides an explanation as well as a reflection regarding 21st century skills, particularly 21st century learning skills and Learning management models. The strategies can be applied as a guideline for enhancing 21st century skills. Research articles related to the development or enhancement of 21st century learning skills were reviewed and discussed as a guideline for enhancing the learning skills of 21st century learners.
