| Abstract | Factors Affecting the Administration of Local Administrative Organizations: A Case Study of Local Administrative Organizations in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province. The objective of this project was to study factors affecting the management of local government organizations. In this study, a questionnaire with two parts was used to collect data from one hundred and sixty sample s. The result showed that three planning factors with the highest importance level were: 1) operation plan creation, 2) public relations in the duty of local government organization, and 3) assignment of responsibility for plan following. The first three operation factors were: 1) budget, 2) work method, and 3) materials and equipment. The evaluation factors with the highest importance level were: 1) using suggestions received from evaluation to improve situations and operations wisely, 2) following the effectiveness of the operation process, and 3)comparing operations efficiency. The leadership factors with the highest importance level were: 1) good relationship with supervisors and personnel, 2) respect to superiors, and 3) response to policy management. The results of analysis of variance showed that work currently performed, understanding of work planning, and leadership had a significant effect on management of local government organization issues including planning, personnel, budget, materials, work method, evaluation, and leadership. Other factors had no significant effect on the management of local government organizations. |
