Abstract This research is the study of development systems for the preparation and development of beginning teacher in basic educational school. The purposes of this research were to 1) study and build supportive systems for new teachers in basic educational school, 2) find the trends in the new teachers' preparation systems for development in basic educational school, and 3) portray the scenario of the new teachers' preparation systems and development in basic educational school. Research methodology was implemented a research technique named EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) with carry out by interviewing four groups of experts. The data were then analyzed and synthesized in order to construct the questionnaire. Subsequently, the questionnaire was examined through content validity (IOC) by the experts for a second and third time respectively. According to the findings: 1) There were five systems for beginning teachers in support of the basic educational school, 2) five trends in the preparation systems for the development of beginning teacher in basic educational school ranked in the highest level and the idea was concordant each other. The scenario of the systems for the preparation and development of beginning teacher in basic educational school was comprised of (a) a mentoring system as shown by personal, emotional, social, and professional aspects, (b) an expert system as demonstrated in terms of access to expertise and providing recommendations from an external party, (c) a peer system as shown by forming internal networks and networks between schools, (d) a self-reflection system as revealed in three parts including high level of self-learning reflection, self-learning reflection toward confidence in continuity of education, and career path development, and (e) an administrative system as presented in terms of planning, operation, inspection, and proper operational improvement.
