| Abstract | The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop performance indicators for school administrators of world-class standard schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum, and 2) check the consistency of the structural model of performance indicators for these school administrators with empirical data. The sample group consisted of 475 school administrators and teachers in world-class standard schools within the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum. The sample size was determined using the G*Power 3.1.9.4 program. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using statistical packages. The questionnaire demonstrated item discrimination power ranging from 0.572 to 0.953. The overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.986. The findings were as follows:1) The development of performance indicators for school administrators of world-class standard schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum was overall at the highest level.2) The structural model of performance indicators for school administrators of world-class standard schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum developed by the researcher was consistent with the empirical data. |
