| Abstract | The main objectives of this research article were as follows: 1) to study the conditions of school administrators in promoting teamwork among teachers, 2) to examine methods for developing school administrators in fostering teamwork among teachers according to the Four Divine States, and 3) to propose approaches for developing school administrators to enhance teacher teamwork in Nakhon Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The sample group consisted of 185 teachers, with data collected through a questionnaire on the conditions of school administrators in promoting teamwork among teachers. The data had been analyzed for mean and standard deviation, and seven experts in administration and religion had been interviewed to conduct a content analysis to gather insights beneficial for administrator development.The research findings indicated that 1.the overall working conditions of school administrators in promoting teamwork among teachers were at the highest level, with an overall mean of 4.67. This reflected the significant role of administrators in creating an atmosphere that supported teamwork. When analyzed by specific aspects, the findings were as follows: 1) communication between members: the mean score was 4.82; 2) providing equal opportunities: the mean score was 4.81; 3) trust and acceptance: the mean score was 4.72; 4) positive working atmosphere: the mean score was 4.54; (5) interpersonal relationships: the mean score was 4.44. 2. The study on the principles and methods for developing the role of administrators in promoting teamwork among teachers according to the Four Divine States was as follows: 1) interpersonal relationships, 2) work environment, and 3) trust and mutual respect-found that promoting interpersonal relationships within the team by creating a friendly atmosphere, encouraging assistance and resource sharing, celebrating successes and accepting others, and managing issues with fairness while respecting differing opinions. 3. The approaches for developing school administrators to promote teamwork among teachers in Nakhon Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, based on the Four Divine States (Brahmavihara), were as follows: 1) interpersonal relationships: administrators should exhibit loving-kindness (metta) and goodwill towards team members, fostering trust and positive relationships within the team; 2) work environment: compassion (karuna) should be encouraged through assistance and sharing, along with empathetic joy (mudita) in celebrating each other's successes, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere; 3) trust and mutual respect: administrators should apply equanimity (upekkha) by managing issues fairly and respecting differing opinions, which strengthens trust within the team. |
