| Abstract | The purpose of research article is to 1) study moral instruction for teachers, 2) compare ethical instruction for teachers of different ages, 3) study suggestions on moral instruction for teachers using mixed research methodology.A total of 125 instructors were taught at random. The tool was used as a 5-level estimation questionnaire and qualitative research used a sample group as a teacher. Five people were obtained through specific selection, using structured interviews as research tools. Analysis of data with descriptive statistics included percentage values, mean deviations, and descriptive analysis for qualitative data. The research found that: 1) The moral instruction of teachers at Chanthaburi Kindergarten is very high and the overall organizationand environment is moderate. 2) The results of the comparison of moral instruction for teachers' students are classified by gender, age, and teaching experience are different. 3) The recommendation for moral instruction among teachers on the issue of schools should be revised and the implementation plan should be clearly established to focus on moral training for students. |
