Abstract The aims of this research were to study the factors affecting the decision purchasing Condominium of Plum Mix Chaengwattana. 100 samples who had purchased condominiums of Plum Condo Mix Chaengwattana, by using questionnaires as a tool for data collection. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. One-way ANOVA hypothesis was tested and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the 7P's marketing mix-people, product, price, promotion, place, process and physical evidence-was taken into account demographic factors such as gender, age, career, education, monthly income, home and objective were also considered, there are four factors such as ; product, price, promotion and place are able to predict the decision Purchasing Condominium of Plum Mix Chaengwattana for 89%.
