| Abstract | The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the school administrator's power exercise, 2) the happiness at the work of a teacher in school, and 3) the relationship between the administrator's power exercise and the happiness at the work of a teacher in school. The sample of this research consisted of 95 schools in Suphan Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was s questionnaire about the administration's power exercise and the happiness at work of teachers in school. The statistical analysis was frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient. |
